Indoor Lap Swim

Lap swim/exercise is available in the indoor pool for 30 minute time blocks Monday-Thursday from 5am to 7:30pm; Friday from 5am to 6:30pm. Sat/Sun from 7am to 5:30pm. Youth swim hours (12-4PM) will not require a reservation. Lap swim sessions will be held every 30 minutes on the hour and on the half hour. Please respect others and make sure you are OUT of the water in a timely manner. Members are limited to two 30 minute time slots per day and are allowed to book back-to-back slots. 

Senior Swim: Daily from 10-11AM. This time is reserved for our members 55 years and older - Lap Pool only

Cancellation fee: Cancellations must be made 2 hours prior to your time block. A $10 fee will be charged for No-Shows when the lanes are full.

Youth Swim

Youth/Family swim and swim lessons are available in the indoor pool daily from 12pm to 4pm. Reservations are not needed during this time. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Lane sharing is permitted only with members of your household. The pool will be reserved on Sundays from 12-3PM for Sea Dragon Swim School.

 




Group Exercise Classes

Group Exercise Classes are held in the fitness studio on the second floor of the fitness center. Cost is $10 per class (or $60 per month per person or $75 per family with the unlimited plan). Reservations are not required.
