FULL-TIME

A Full-Time Employee is defined as an employee who works 35 or more hours per week. Full-time employees are eligible for training, a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental and vision insurance, club-paid life insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, a health savings account (HSA), a 401-K retirement plan with partial match benefits, an employee assistance program (EAP), paid holidays for New Year’s Day and Christmas, and paid time off (PTO). Lunch and dinner are provided daily to our full-time crew members who are working during the meal period. In addition, hourly-wage workers receive time and a half for the hours worked on NYCC recognized holidays. Also, uniforms and a name tag will be provided when required.

A Part-Time Employee is defined as an employee who works up to 34 hours per week. Part-time employees are eligible for training and to participate in a 401-K retirement plan with partial match benefits. Lunch and dinner are provided daily to our part-time crew members who are working during the meal period. In addition, hourly-wage workers receive time and a half for the hours worked on NYCC recognized holidays. Also, uniforms and a name tag will be provided when required.
SEASONAL
A Seasonal Employee is someone hired on a temporary basis for a predetermined period of time, often tied to seasonal demands such as holidays and summer months. Their employment usually does not extend beyond six months in a year. Lunch and dinner are provided daily to our seasonal crew members who are working during the meal period. In addition, hourly-wage workers receive time and a half for the hours worked on NYCC recognized holidays. Also, training, uniforms and a name tag will be provided when required.
