- Lap swim hours are reserved for our adult members 16 and older.
- Members under the age of 16 may utilize the indoor pool only during our youth/family swim hours of 12-4pm Mon-Sat and/or 7-7:30pm Mon, Wed, Thur., and 12-3:45pm Sun.
- Please remember that any children under the age of 12 must have an adult present in the pool area.
- Ages 13-15 must have a parent/adult present in the fitness facility if pool is guarded and in the pool area if no lifeguard is present.
- Sundays from 12-3:45pm half the pool will be reserved for NYCC Swim School.
